So you plan to go to the local casino, but you are a little bit timid on how much you are going to spend while you are there. How can you make sure that you will not be tempted to spend a lot more then you intend? This is a very big concern, especially for someone who is going to Las Vegas Nevada, and luckily there are a few tricks that can help put a lid on even a gambling addict.

First thing you should do is take exactly the amount of money you want to spend on the night of gambling and put that in the major part of your wallet. Then take out a couple of the larger bills like a ten and a five, It all depends on your financial situation, and fold them up, hiding them in with your library card and drivers license.

Now that you have the money put away for your night of debauchery, you should take your credit and debit cards out of your wallet. Under no circumstance should you ever gamble with money on a card, because you will not know how much you are actually putting into the machine until it is too late. If you are unable to take your credit cards out of your wallet you can take a strip of duct tape, and put it overtop of the magnetic strip of your credit card. That way you have at least a small barrier between your money and the thought of “I will only spend a couple more dollars”.

Another big thing that you can do is say to yourself; “I will go to the buffet as soon as I hit this certain amount of money in my wallet”. That way you will take a break from the gambling that might refresh your logical mind in order to resist overspending. This of course only woks if the casino you are going to has a buffet in it.

Once you are at the casino you should try to stay at actually tables instead of virtual gambling. Unfortunately this is almost impossible in today’s day and age. But if you do have to sit in front of the virtual screens you might want to choose the one that you know you want to play. If some one else is sitting at the machine you want you will probably want to wait for him to get off, because if you loose most of your gambling fund right away, and then see that the machine you wanted right away is open, you might want to go to that machine and spend more then the rest, because that is the one you wanted in the first place.

Just follow the aforementioned tips and see the changes that you find in yourself as gambling is an addiction that is even more dangerous than alcohol and drugs as it can make you penniless and destitute and you’re far better off spending your hard earned money on, say, a football match, then all you need to do is to gather a daftar bandar bola terpercaya and engage yourself into a game which can increase your stamina and leg muscles.
