This is a post for all those poker lovers who enjoy playing poker at home with friends & family. If you are throwing a lavish party & wishing to set a table for poker games then adjust your party budget & buy a new poker table. I know the decision to own a poker table may excite & trouble you at the same time. I know you people must love gambling but might don’t wanna gamble making a big purchase like this one.

Don’t worry I have a few related suggestions & tips to buy a poker table that are gathered by 바둑이:

1. Budget to buy a poker table

Your pocketbook is probably the most important consideration when thinking about buying a new poker table. Poker tables are available for a very wide variety of incomes, from the budget-buster to the flimsy poker felt. The first thing you need to decide is if you want a permanent piece of furniture or just a temporary fix.

2. Style of poker table

Here is what I was talking about above. If you have the room and the money to pay for it, a permanent piece of the gaming table in your game room or “man cave” is a thing of beauty. That said, it is expensive and there are other options available.

You can buy everything from a cheap poker felt or poker mat to a folding tabletop to a whole folding table. Frankly, the poker felt isn’t worth the money that you are going to have to pay for it. Sure it’s easy to just tape or staple it to your own table, but it’s a really lame option.

The tabletop is next and I suppose that would do if it is all you can afford, but frankly, if you are going to buy anything and you are not ready to go full tilt, go for the folding table. It is probably clear that I prefer the more expensive but permanent poker table for my game room.

3. Branded or Unbranded Poker Table

All these means do you want your favorite sports team or motorcycle company’s logo on your poker table. I have the New England Patriots (my personal passion) logo on mine. Your mileage may vary and it is obviously a personal choice.

4. Desired Size and Shape Of Poker Table

This is really the most important consideration other than price. You need to look at where you are going to put your poker table (even if you are going to build your own using poker table plans), what sort of space you have available, and how many people you want to sit in the playing area.

5. Accessories You Need To Buy Along With Poker Table

Whatever stuffs you need while buying a poker table, you must list down all of them. First poker chips and playing cards, you must be knowing but items like dealer’s shoes, side tables for drinks, tournament timers, card spinners, and also dark shades & poker site ball caps.

I hope you are clear with the idea of how to buy a poker table using my poker table buying tips.
