Shipping Policy
NEUAURA will provide free domestic ground shipping to all its domestic customer. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, unless otherwise specified. If an incorrect item or size is sent to you in error, then NEUAURA will absorb any shipping charges for the return of that item as well as shipping charges for the replacement item. If expedited shipping is required, then cost will apply. Please see information below for expedited shipping costs.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order with a confirmed payment. Any order that is placed AFTER 3 P.M. Eastern Standard Time will ship either same day or next day (we cannot guarantee same day). You should receive your orders within 5-7 business days. If the merchandise you order is not available we will contact you. Please note our warehouse does not ship on weekends.
Domestic Shipping Policy – 50 states:
All orders within the continental US will be shipped via UPS Ground and you should receive your orders within 5-7 business days. Domestic ground shipping is free.
